Steven Carter, along with his wife Mitzi, are lifelong residents of the Gulf Coast, with deep ties to both Biloxi and Ocean Springs, MS. Growing up near the water, Steven developed a passion for boating and coastal living that has shaped much of his personal and professional life. His extensive experience in the local community and his dedication to quality craftsmanship have been key to his success. Steven is particularly known for his commitment to family—working alongside his children, Seth, Savanah, and Shelby, to bring this luxury garage condominium development to life. His vision is to create a unique, world-class storage solution that reflects his love for the Gulf Coast, the boating lifestyle, and his desire to offer an exceptional experience for others who share his passion.

Our Story

The Bayside Project was born from the Carter family's deep ties to the Gulf Coast. Growing up in Ocean Springs, MS, Steven Carter spent his childhood on the water, learning the value of hard work and coastal living. As he raised his own family, the love of boating and the region was passed down to Seth, Savanah, and Shelby.

While spending time together on the water, the family envisioned a luxury garage condominium development designed for high-end RVs, boats, and vehicles. The idea stemmed from a gap in the market for secure, customizable spaces that offered more than just storage. The project became a family endeavor, with Seth shaping the layout and Shelby focusing on creating a seamless, community-driven experience for future owners.

Today, Bayside stands as a testament to the Carter family’s passion for the Gulf Coast, blending luxury, security, and craftsmanship in every unit.
